How orders are packaged, when they ship, and what to expect in transit.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
Packaging & cold chain
Orders ship with cold-chain packaging appropriate to the compound’s stability profile, consistent with the storage guidance on our Documentation page. Domestic orders are shipped for next-day or two-day delivery to minimize transit time at ambient temperature.
Domestic & international shipping
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is evaluated on a case-by-case basis — contact Order Support before placing an international order to confirm availability.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package requirements (including cold-chain packaging where applicable).
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting an order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Delays & lost shipments
Transit delays outside our control (carrier delays, weather, customs where applicable) can occasionally occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, contact Order Support and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Damaged in transit
If a package arrives visibly damaged or compromised (e.g. broken cold-chain packaging), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can process a replacement or refund under our Returns & Refund Policy.
