Information we collect

When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, company/institution name, and order details. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers — payment is processed by our payment provider, and only a transaction reference is retained on our side.

We also collect standard technical data automatically — IP address, browser type, and pages visited — via cookies and server logs, used for security, fraud prevention, and understanding site usage.

How we use it

• To process, fulfill, and ship your order, and to communicate with you about it
• To provide customer and order support
• To maintain your account, if you create one
• To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations
• To secure the site and prevent fraudulent orders

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your order history for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum information necessary with: shipping carriers (to deliver your order), our payment processor (to complete transactions), and our testing laboratory partner where a Certificate of Analysis needs to be matched to your order. We don’t share your information with data brokers or advertisers.

Cookies

We use cookies required for core site functionality — keeping items in your cart, keeping you logged in, and remembering your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of checkout may not work correctly without them.

Data retention

We retain order and account records as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet tax/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, and no longer than necessary beyond that.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting [email protected]. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to what we’re legally required to retain (e.g. tax records).

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, restricted internal access) to protect the data we hold, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
