How and when do I get paid?
Cash payouts go out by the 15th of the month for commission earned the previous month. Store credit is applied to your account as it's earned — contact us any time to redeem it toward an order.
Is there a minimum before I get paid?
No minimum, no cap on how many researchers or labs you can refer.
Can I switch between cash and store credit later?
Yes — email [email protected] and we'll update it for orders going forward.
